Who We Are

By students, for every student.

NextArc was started by students who had access to great teachers and resources, and wanted to make that available to everyone. Not just the families with connections or the budget for expensive tutors.

We keep the program intentionally affordable and we put 30% of profits back into local schools: classroom supplies, books, and the kinds of things teachers usually pay for themselves.

How we work

What sets NextArc apart.

Three things we hold to, no matter how the program grows.

Real experts, real subjects

Every instructor earned strong AP and SAT scores themselves and focuses on one part of our program. They recently went through the exact same classes your student is in right now, and they know what makes a real difference.

Progress you can see

Students start with an intake form and finish with a post-program report. We track what was covered, where they improved, and what to focus on next. No vague summaries.

Accessible by design

The program is fully virtual and available nationwide. We keep the cost low on purpose. Cost should never be why a student doesn’t get ahead. 30% of our profits go back to local elementary schools as classroom funding.

Why we started

The kind of help we wished we’d had.

A lot of us grew up with parents, teachers, or older siblings who could explain things the second time, the third time, however many times it took. Not every student has that. NextArc exists to close that gap, even just a little, by putting students who recently figured it out in a room with students who are still figuring it out.

The program is small on purpose. Five students to one specialist, taught live, with a different expert rotating in for each subject. It isn’t the cheapest model to run, but it’s the format we believe in, and the one we’d send our own younger siblings to.

Then we send 30% of profits back to local elementary schools. Not as a marketing thing. Just because that’s where the next generation of NextArc students is sitting right now, and the classrooms they’re in could use the help.

The people behind it

Built by students currently in it.

Every instructor at NextArc is a current AP or IB student who recently sat where your student sits now. They earned strong scores in the classes they teach and they know what matters most when test day comes.

Where 30% goes

Direct support for classrooms in our community.

Our profits go back to local educational institutions like neighborhood elementary schools. We partner up with a school nearby and help take their STEM experiences to the next level.

No applications, no overhead layer. We work directly with teachers to fund the supplies, books, and trips that students need.

30%back to local schools

Direct to classrooms

Books, supplies, field-trip costs. Whatever a teacher tells us would help most.

Hands-on, not hands-off

We deliver supplies in person when we can and report back on where every dollar went.

Local first

We start with elementary schools in our own neighborhood and grow the program as we grow.
